Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
5. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
6. In the same skillet, add the cooked pasta and toss it in the garlic-infused oil for a minute or two to coat the pasta evenly.
7. Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and gently toss with the pasta.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
9. Serve the garlic shrimp pasta hot and enjoy!
