Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet

Ingredients:

For the Steak:

  • 1.5 pounds (680g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional, for extra flavor)

For the Potatoes:

  • 1.5 pounds (680g) baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    • In a bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
