Ingrédients :

– 500 g de fromage blanc maigre
– 300 ml de chantilly ou Cremefine
– 150 grammes de sucre
– 1 sachet de pouding en poudre saveur chocolat (pour la cuisson)
– 500 ml de lait
– 1 cuillère à soupe de sucre
– Raphaël (facultatif)
