Flourless apple cake

Making flourless apple cake is a delicious dessert, it has a unique texture and its browning makes it crisp, although it falls apart as soon as you prick it with a fork or spoon.

  • 3 medium eggs
  • 250 grams of natural yogurt without added flavor
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 2 apples
  • 55 grams of cornstarch

Preparation for apple dessert without flour
