β€’ 2 ribeye steaks
β€’ Salt and pepper to taste
β€’ 2 tablespoons olive oil
β€’ 2 cloves garlic, minced
β€’ 2 tablespoons butter
β€’ Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)

π——π—Άπ—Ώπ—²π—°π˜π—Άπ—Όπ—»π˜€:

1. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

2. Season both sides of the steaks generously with salt and pepper.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

4. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.

5. During the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic and butter to the skillet.

6. Spoon the garlic butter over the steaks as they finish cooking.

7. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme if desired.
