- ▢ 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ▢ 1 tablespoon ketchup
- ▢ 16 sliced pickles
- ▢ 4 slices American cheese
- ▢ 1 tablespoon melted butter
- ▢ ½ teaspoon salt
- ▢ ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- To a large pan on medium heat, add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the ground beef is no longer pink. Set aside.
- Warm the tortillas: Stack the tortillas on a microwave safe plate. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 to 25 seconds.
- Assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and spread it with a thin layer of mayo and ketchup, then add 4 slices of pickles, 1 slice of cheese, and cooked ground beef (about ½ a cup).
- Wrap up the tortilla like a burrito. Repeat with the other 3 tortillas.
- Brush the top of the wraps with melted butter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Once ready, add the wraps to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush the wraps with additional melted butter.
- Let cool, cut, and enjoy!
NOTES
- Storage And Reheating Instructions:
- These wraps are best enjoyed right away, but if you do have leftovers, store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 1-3 minutes until warm.
Pro Tips:
- Use warm tortillas. Warm the tortillas using a tortilla warmer or the microwave as directed in the recipe below. Do not skip this step or your tortillas may break when folding.
- Be sure to use large burrito sized tortillas. Anything smaller would be impossible to roll.
- Shake off excess juice from the pickles before placing in wrap. The excess juice can make the tortilla soggy.
- The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, you will need to adjust the cook time based on the air fryer you are using.
