THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

– 8-oz lump crab meat, drained and picked for shells.

– 8-oz cream cheese, softened.

– 1/2 Cup.Of mayonnaise.

– 1/4 Cup.Of grated Parmesan cheese.

– 1/4 c Cup.Of up shredded cheddar cheese.

– 2 green onions, finely chopped.

– 1 to 2 Tbsp.Of hot sauce (adjust to taste).

– 1 Tsp.Of Cajun seasoning.

– 1/2 Tsp.Of garlic powder.

– 1/2 Tsp.Of onion powder.

– Salt and pepper to taste.

– Fresh parsley or green onions; chopped for garnish.

– Tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette for dipping.

PREPARATION:

1st Step – Combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese in a combining basin. Use a hand mixer or a robust spatula to incorporate the mixture until it is buttery and smooth.

2nd Step – To the cream cheese mixture, add the finely sliced green scallions, spicy sauce, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. To ensure that the flavors are evenly distributed, mix thoroughly.

3rd Step – Fold in the lump crab flesh with care so as not to overly split up the meat. The crab pieces should be distributed equally throughout the marinade.
