For Crust:

1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
¼ cup melted butter

For the Dark Chocolate Mousse:

6 oz dark chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp water
1 cup heavy cream
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp sugar

For the Milk Chocolate Mousse:

6 oz milk chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp water
1 cup heavy cream
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp sugar

For the White Chocolate Mousse:

6 oz white chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp water
1 cup heavy cream
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp sugar
