Decadent Oreo Cheesecake

 

Decadent Oreo Cheesecake is a sinfully delicious dessert that boasts the richness of cream cheese, the sweetness of condensed milk, and the irresistible crunch of Oreo cookies. It is topped with a heavenly chocolate ganache.

Ingredients:

For the Cheesecake:

– 2 cups of Oreo cookies

– 1/3 cup melted butter

– 570g cream cheese

– 2 cups of whipping cream

– 1 cup of condensed milk

– 1 tbsp lemon juice

– 1 tsp vanilla essence

– 14g unflavored gelatin

For the Chocolate Ganache:

– 1 cup of whipping cream

– 250g dark chocolate chips

– 3 tbsp butter

Instructions:

1. Separate the filling from the Oreo cookies and reserve it. Crush the cookies in a processor, reserving 1/3 cup, and add melted butter to

the rest.

2. In a round cake pan (20 cm in diameter), press the crushed cookies and butter mixture to form the base. Refrigerate.

3. In a separate bowl, use a mixer to cream the cream cheese. Add whipping cream, condensed milk, reserved Oreo filling, lemon juice, and vanilla essence. Beat for 5 minutes until well combined.

4. Dissolve gelatin in hot milk and add it to the cream mixture. Beat until fully integrated. Pour the mixture over the prepared base and refrigerate until set.

5. For the chocolate ganache, heat whipping cream in a pot, add dark chocolate chips, and stir until fully integrated. Add butter and let it cool slightly.

6. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake and decorate with whipped cream, Oreo cookies, and dark chocolate chips.
