Ingredients:
3 lbs of Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
1.5 cups of heavy cream
1 cup of whole milk
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1.5 tsp of salt
0.5 tsp of black pepper
0.5 tsp of ground nutmeg
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
0.5 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp of unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
0.25 cup of chopped fresh parsley (optional)
