Creamy Chicken Stroganoff Noodles

Instructions:

Cook the Noodles: Boil the noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside.

Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add the chicken slices, and cook until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.

Make the Sauce: Sauté onions, mushrooms, and garlic until soft. Stir in chicken broth and mustard. Let the sauce reduce slightly, then stir in sour cream and heavy cream.

Combine: Add the chicken back to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme if desired.
