Creamy Chicken Marsala
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Marsala wine (substitute: 1/2 cup chicken broth + 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
