Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) beef chuck, cut into cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
8 oz (225g) egg noodles
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
