Cracker Barrel Meatloaf

Ingredients:

For the Meatloaf:
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Glaze:
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
