Cotton Candy Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 box vanilla cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fluffy cotton candy (preferably in blue or pink)
1 cup butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp heavy cream
Extra cotton candy for topping
