Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream together butter and sugars for 1 minute.
2️⃣ Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and continue creaming for 3 minutes until the mixture is light, fluffy, and pale in color. Add blue food coloring until you reach the desired shade of blue.
3️⃣ Mix in salt, baking powder, and flour until just combined (do not overmix).
4️⃣ Add in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and chopped cookies. If the dough is too soft and spreading too much, refrigerate for 30 minutes before baking.
5️⃣ Take 2 tablespoons of dough, flatten it out, and place 2-3 chocolate discs in the center. Wrap the edges of the dough around the chocolate and top with an additional 2 tablespoons of dough.
6️⃣ Top each dough ball with a bit of each mix-in: chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, chopped Oreos, and chopped crispy chocolate chip cookies.
7️⃣ Place on a lined or greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Leave plenty of room for spreading.
8️⃣ Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
