CHURROS STUFFED WITH HAZELNUT CREAM

1. In a pan add water, sugar, salt and butter. Add the flour, mix well, and when cool enough, add the eggs and vanilla extract.

2. Using a pastry bag we make churros. Freeze for 30-40 minutes.

3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, cover with sugar and fill with hazelnut cream.
