Instructions:

Prepare the Sauce:

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, red pepper flakes, maple syrup or honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Whisk thoroughly until smooth and set aside.
Cook the Wings:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning. Drizzle with enough olive oil to lightly coat all the pieces.
Arrange the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip the wings and continue to bake for another 20 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the prepared Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to set the sauce.
