Chicken Parmesan

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet to ensure they have an even thickness.

Set up a breading station: Arrange three shallow dishes next to each other—fill the first with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third with a blend of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Coat each chicken breast in flour, allowing any excess to shake off. Dip it into the beaten eggs, then cover it with the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the breaded chicken until golden brown on each side, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.

Place the cooked chicken in a baking dish, and generously top each piece with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
