- 2 large chicken breasts cut into thin strips
- 8 ounces white button mushrooms or shiitake mushrooms sliced
- 8 ounces Chinese noodles or lo mein noodles
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 medium carrots peeled and cut julienne
- 1 red bell pepper sliced thin
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage or Napa cabbage
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
