Chicken Bacon Ranch Alfredo

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta: Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce Base: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the heavy cream to the skillet. Bring the cream to a simmer, then whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
