Cheesy Tater Tot Shepherd’s Pie Bake

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Ground Beef:

Sauté the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until brown. Add onions and garlic, continuing to cook until the onions are soft and the meat is thoroughly cooked. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

Add Soup and Vegetables:

Mix in the cream of mushroom soup and frozen vegetables with the beef. Cook together for 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.

Assemble the Casserole:

Evenly spread the beef and vegetable blend into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Evenly layer shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Add the Tater Tots:

Place the tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.

Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

Serve:
