Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F). Spread the frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until they are golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
While the fries are baking, season the thinly sliced steak with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak slices until they are browned and cooked through, approximately 3-5 minutes per side.
Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and top them with the cooked steak slices. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Return the tray to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
