Ingredients
12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup mayo
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons panko or breadcrumbs
Preparation
Grease an 8×8 baking dish and preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, add cream cheese, mozzarella, mayo, and ½ cup parmesan. Stir until fully combined.
Mix the garlic, rosemary, thyme, and pepper into the cheese mixture and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ¼ parmesan and the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the cheese mixture.
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
Serve hot with crackers, chips, or bread.
