Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Filling: In a pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add onions and garlic, cooking until soft. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface. Spoon the beef mixture along the center, top with shredded cheese, and fold the pastry over to enclose the filling.
Seal the edges with a fork.
Bake: Brush the top of the pastry with egg wash. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve: Let cool for a few minutes, then slice. Garnish with green onions.
