Cheesesteak Tortellini in Rich Provolone Sauce

Instructions:

Prepare the cheese tortellini following the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain and reserve.

In a spacious skillet, warm the olive oil on medium heat. Toss in the sliced onion and sauté until golden and tender, around 5 to 7 minutes.

Introduce the beef steak cubes to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and sear until the meat is thoroughly browned, approximately 6 to 8 minutes.

Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet, mixing well. Allow the mixture to simmer gently for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Lower the heat and scatter the shredded provolone cheese across the skillet. Stir gently until the cheese completely melts and merges into a creamy sauce.

Incorporate the drained tortellini into the skillet, making sure they are well enveloped in the creamy provolone sauce.

Serve hot, embellished with extra provolone cheese if desired.
