Instructions:
Cook Tortellini: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add tortellini and cook until al dente according to the package directions. Drain and reserve.
Sauté Steak & Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and keep aside. In the same skillet, cook bell pepper, onion, and garlic for 4-5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Make Provolone Sauce: Melt butter in a separate saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic powder and heavy cream; bring to a simmer. Gradually add provolone and Parmesan cheeses, stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine & Serve: Return steak to the skillet with vegetables, add cooked tortellini, and pour over the provolone sauce. Mix thoroughly. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
