Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the Crust:

In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled graham crackers with melted butter. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
Firmly press this mixture into the bottom of a 7-inch springform pan to form an even crust layer.

3. Make the Filling:

Spread 1 ½ cups of apple pie filling over the prepared crust, ensuring an even layer.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s fluffy and smooth. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs, and continue mixing until everything is fully combined and smooth.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apple layer in the crust and spread evenly.

4. Bake the Cheesecake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until the center of the cheesecake is set and no longer jiggly.

5. Cool the Cheesecake:

Let the cheesecake cool completely in the pan before proceeding to the topping.

6. Add the Topping:

In a small saucepan, gently heat ½ cup of apple pie filling and ¼ cup of caramel topping over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about a minute until warm.
Spread this warm apple-caramel mixture over the cooled cheesecake.

7. Chill and Serve:

Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator to chill before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
When ready to serve, slice with a sharp knife, cleaning the blade between cuts for clean slices.
Enjoy the perfect fusion of apple pie and cheesecake in this rich, creamy, and indulgent fall dessert!
