• 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts
• 2 large eggs, whisked
• 1 16-oz. bag of frozen broccoli cuts
• 3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• 2 10-oz. bags frozen cauliflower rice (or 1 head of cauliflower, riced and cooked)
• 1 c. shredded Italian blend cheese
• 2 tsp coarse sea salt
