Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Meatloaf:

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Bake the Meatloaf: Bake the meatloaf for about 45 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F or 70°C).

Make the Mashed Potatoes:
