Ingredients:
- – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- – 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- – 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- – 1 cup powdered sugar
- – 1 tsp vanilla extract
- – 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- – 2 cups whipped cream
- – 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
- – Fresh strawberries and whipped cream for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
