12 oz cheese tortellini, pre-cooked
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried basil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Fresh parsley, for garnish
