These Baked Cajun Shrimp come together quickly using a Homemade Cajun Seasoning. This shrimp dish is baked not fried and full of flavour with a little heat. Great served with lemon wedges or your favourite dipping sauces.

Ingredients
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees f/218 degrees c.
- Peel and devein the shrimp leaving the tails in tact.
- In a small bowl combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, thyme, chili flakes and salt. Stir to combine and set aside.
- Combine the shrimp with the homemade cajun seasoning and olive oil. Stir well to combine.
- Place shrimp on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes or until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
