Ingredients:

Hawaiian slider rolls
Lean ground beef
Bacon
Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and slices
Salt
Pepper
Dry mustard
Butter
Brown sugar
Italian seasoning
Minced garlic

HOW TO MAKE BACON CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS

Slice Hawaiian rolls in half, but keep them all attached. Line a 9×13″ baking dish with foil and preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly toasting bottom half of rolls is optional while the meat is cooking.

Fry bacon, then set bacon aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain. Cook ground beef in bacon drippings. Once beef is cooked through drain.

Season beef with salt, pepper, dry mustard. Then sprinkle in shredded cheese and allow to soften, melting is not necessary.

Spread cooked ground beef over bottom half of slider rolls. Then sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.

Add slices of cheese. Put tops of sliders back on the sandwich and mix up glaze ingredients. Spoon or brush over the rolls.

Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are lightly browned. Use a serrated knife to cut sliders apart for a cleaner look or just pull apart and enjoy!
