Instructions:

Prepare the Oatmeal Cookie Crust:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, and brown sugar. Mix well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of each muffin cup, forming a firm and compact base for your apple crisp bites. Set aside.
Make the Apple Filling (optional):

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the diced apples and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they become tender but not mushy.
If you like, add a sprinkle of cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg for added flavor. Stir well and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly.
