FAQS

CAN I USE STEW MEAT IN THIS RECIPE?
  • Yes, although you may need to increase the cooking time. Also, keep in mind that stew meat tends to be tougher. For best results, I prefer a more tender steak cut like sirloin or strip steak.
HOW TO STORE LEFTOVERS?
  • Place leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for 1-2 days. Leftovers can be reheated for 1-2 minutes in the Air Fryer or in the microwave at 30 second intervals.
HOW LONG TO COOK STEAK IN THE AIR FRYER?
  • For this recipe, 4-6 minutes is sufficient because the steak is in small pieces. For larger cuts of meat like New York Strips or Ribeye steaks, cook time is about 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THE STEAK IS DONE?
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature on one piece of steak. For medium rare steak, cook to 135 degrees. For medium doneness, cook to 145 degrees.
