2 rolls of puff pastry
1 egg yolk
60 ml (¼ cup) milk
Sesame seeds for decoration
100 g (½ cup) cream cheese
12 slices of smoked salmon
Salad leaves

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/374°F.
2. Roll out sheets of puff pastry and cut tablespoons of them. Brush each teaspoon with egg wash (egg yolk beaten with milk) hsm and cover with sesame.
3. Lay the spoon on an aluminum foil tube as shown in the video. Bake for 15 minutes.
4. Serve each spoon with cream cheese, a piece of salad and a rolled slice of salmon.
