Homemade ice cream🍦 

 

Recipe [for 5 ice cream]

➡️ Ice cream:

-300g of Greek yogurt

-20g of sugar

-1 egg (the white)

-1 tsp liquid vanilla

-40g of chocolate

➡️Chocolate shell:

-200g of pastry chocolate

-30g of coconut oil or butter -optional: praline

🍦Preparation:

1/ Bring the egg whites with the sugar (not firm) in a Salad bowl, pour the Greek yogurt, liquid vanilla, egg yolk and crushed chocolate. Add the egg white. Pour into ice cream moulds (or silicone muffin borrows!) and add a stick. Leave in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

2/ Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil (or butter) in a high bowl (of the measuring glass type) let the chocolate cool.

3/ Unmold the ice cream, dip in chocolate and immediately sprinkle the praline nuggets. Tip: Leave the ice cream to defrost slightly at room temperature (3-5 minutes) before tasting it so that it is creamier.
