Homemade soft &delicious bread

ingredients :

 

°800 grams of wheat flour

°540 grams of water

°25g salt

°7 grams of dry yeast

 

* Methods :

 

Put the flour, dry yeast and salt in a bowl and mix well

Add water and mix.

Cover the dough and let rise for an hour

Flatten the dough a little then fold (at least 3 times)

Place the dough in a hot Dutch oven, cover and cook at 250°C/480°F for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the lid and continue baking for another 20 minutes to allow the bread to brown.

When the bread is ready, remove the dutch oven and allow the bread to cool for at least an hour before slicing
