For the Filling:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Ganache:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (for garnish)
