Ingredients:
1 round loaf of country-style bread
1 wheel of brie cheese (approximately 12 ounces)
1/2 cup of cranberry sauce (preferably with whole berries)
2 tablespoons of freshly picked thyme leaves
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt, according to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, according to taste
