500g beef cubes
2 medium onions, sliced
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream
250g egg noodles
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
