Ingredients:
2 lamb shanks
4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 onion, finely diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups of beef broth
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of butter
1/2 cup of heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh rosemary, for garnishing
