One package of chocolate cake mix, plus additional ingredients as specified on the box
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
12 oz jar of caramel sauce
8 oz container of whipped topping, thawed (e.g., Cool Whip)
1 cup of Heath bar bits or chopped Heath bars
Optional: 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup
