Salisbury Steak Meatballs with Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Mushroom Gravy:
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cups beef broth
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
Optional: celery, green pepper, extra garlic for enhanced flavor
