Peanut Butter Snowballs
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
8 ounces white chocolate bark (or white chocolate bar/chips)
Holiday sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
