- 1 box lemon cake mix (15.25 ounces or a traditional 9×13 box cake mix)
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 large egg
TO ROLL THE COOKIES:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip and egg. Stir until well mixed.
