Lazy Breakfast – One-Pan Pita Delight
Ingredients:
- 4 round pita bread pieces (or cut from regular pita)
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100g sausage
- 120g cheese
- 1 tomato
- 10g butter
Instructions:
- Grease a frying pan with butter.
- Season the eggs with salt and add pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Pour half of the beaten eggs into the pan.
- Place the first layer of pita bread on top, followed by sausage slices and grated cheese. Add another layer of pita bread, then tomato slices and more cheese. Repeat with another layer of pita bread, sausage, and cheese. Top it all off with the remaining pita bread.
- Distribute the remaining beaten eggs over the top layer of pita.
