Almond and Lemon Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond flour (ground almonds)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 eggs
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the almond flour and baking powder to the egg and sugar mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are completely combined.
