Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

Hot Fudge Brownie Bread
Ingredients:
For the Brownie Bread:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Hot Fudge Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
2. Make the Brownie Bread:
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
